Yellow Cab Co. sues Pittsburgh man for posing as cabbie

PITTSBURGH (AP) Yellow Cab Co. says a Pittsburgh man is
pretending to drive a cab for their company.

Yellow Cab has sued Micheal Willus in Allegheny County Common
Pleas Court.

The company says Willus drives a painted yellow minivan that is
adorned with the company's phone number, name and design. They say
Willus' van even has a white light on the top that says Yellow Cab.

Trouble is, the company says Willus doesn't work for them but is
still collecting fares.

It is not clear if Willus has an attorney. His listed phone is
temporarily out of service.
